Great strides are being made in the OneIT initiatives, and it’s important to report our progress. The Board of Regents asked the CIOs of all three universities to agree upon a common set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure progress in IT initiatives across all three campuses. Each university will report on: percentage of TIER activities complete, percentage of target savings achieved, and number of hours saved through efficiency efforts.

In addition to the three common metrics, each school identified a list of additional KPIs that are specific to that campus. Once finalized, the list will be shared on this website.

Since savings is one of the key elements we will be reporting, please remember to record cost savings/avoidance through the online system we have in place.
