OneIT strategic planning kicks off

The OneIT Leaders group met Nov. 30 to begin work on a OneIT Strategic Plan. They will work on the plan through a series of three retreats in the coming months, with the goal of having it approved by the OneIT Strategy Team in February.

Extended Technical Support evolves to meet end user support needs
