The University’s HR-01 initiative, which revises the distributed HR delivery model, continues implementation across campus.
As of Feb. 12, HR01 has been completed in the College of Pharmacy, Division of Continuing Education, University of Iowa Libraries, ITS, and the State Hygienic Laboratory.
Implementation is reaching its final stages in the Office of Research and Economic Development, which also serves as the pilot project for an integrated implementation approach with Financial Shared Services.
The College of Law, College of Nursing, College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics and Athletics Department are still moving through the HR-01 implementation process.
HR-01 implementation in the College of Engineering and the College of Education is in the early stages.

Prior to the beginning of project —20 percent of HR Representatives were doing 100 percent HR work
As of January 1, 2016 — 24 percent of HR Representatives are doing 100 percent HR work
